Jordan - Nursery Nurse - North Tyneside


Jordan is a hardworking and conscientious person who is seeking work in the early years / primary field having recently completed her degree course. She has gained relevant and up to date knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage, how it works, what is involved in the curriculum for children from birth to five, and how it can be implemented in practice. Jordan has and extremely warm and caring nature and will make a positive contribution in any setting she works.

Christine - SEN Assistant/ Nursery Nurse - Gateshead

Christine is an experienced and flexible practitioner who is confident working with toddlers, pre-school, foundation stage, KS1 and KS2. She is very adaptable within new situations and finds it easy to build a rapport with children ranging from early years to primary. She is a very motivated person who has the professional commitment and initiative it takes for doing supply work.

Katie - Teacher - Newcastle

Katie comes to EYPS with a wealth of experience. She is a strong believer in creativity and is able to plan,deliver and assess interactive and engaging lessons based around the interests of the children. Katie is an excellent teacher who is professional at all times. She can build effective, appropriate relationships with all children. She uses her initiative and can adapt well to school curriculums and routines. Katie had excellent subject knowledge and comes highly recommended.

Jane - Teacher - Hartlepool

Jane has extensive teaching experience and also management experience in KS1/KS2. She considers her specialism to lie in teaching Modern Foreign Languages and Literacy. She also has experience in working with children with special needs including children with Autism and Dyslexia.  Before coming to EYPS Jayne worked as a Deputy head within a primary school for over 10 years. She was also SENCO, MFL and literacy coordinator for KS1 and KS2. She has experience in planning whole school educational visits and carrying out risk assessments.
 

Laura - Nursery Nurse - Middlesbrough


Laura is a hardworking, reliable person who has the ability to work well as part of a team or on her own initiative. She has excellent communication skills and is able to communicate well with people on all levels. She also has good time management skills and is able to prioritise her work. Laura has good knowledge and experience of EYFS and is confident working with children in the birth to five age range. She would very much like the opportunity to further her skills and experience.

David - Teacher - North Tyneside

David is a highly committed individual who is motivated and driven in his chosen career as a primary school teacher. He has an excellent punctuality and reliability record and is able to build up positive relationships with staff, parents and children alike. David feels that because his teacher training specialised in 3 – 7 years that this provided him with an excellent understanding of the EYFS profiles and the developmental stages the children in the Foundation Stage will be at. David can effectively use the guidance to inform his planning, teaching and assessing in all areas of learning.
