EYPS is a member of The Recruitment & Employment Confederation REC. We fully adhere to the REC School Guide 2014 ‘Putting Pupils First, Essential Guide to Safeguarding and Good Recruitment Practice’ and the Department for Education’s ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education 2015’ Statutory Guidance for Schools and Colleges.
We are also a registered body for for processing DBS checks in-house.
Schools and nurseries have complete peace of mind that every person we place is fully compliant to work. In line with the recruitment documents above, every candidate has a face to face interview and thorough checks carried out by our experienced and professional recruitment team.
An EYPS candidate profile is always sent once a supply booking is confirmed. The profile contains a photograph, DBS details and verification that all safeguarding standards including proof of identity, address, qualification, references and eligibility to work in the UK are authorised.
